This 25 page Illustrated booklet was published in conjuction with the exhibition on November 20th 1984 through February 2nd 1985 at the Vincent Astor Gallery, Performing Arts Research Center. He was the recipient of countless awards, including Pulitzers, Tonys, Oscars, Grammys and Emmys.
